Rawrr Mantis All-Terrain Bikes are not designed and are not legal to be ridden on the road. They are only created for off-road activities. Following local laws and regulations when riding Rawrr Mantis is recommended.

Regular maintenance includes checking tire pressure, charging the battery, cleaning the bike after rides (especially after muddy or wet conditions), and inspecting components like the chain, brake pads, and spokes. Follow the Owners manual maintenance schedule for best results.
The Rawrr Mantis All-Terrain Bikes have an IP55 waterproof rating, which means it offers limited protection against dust and can withstand low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it safe to ride in passing through puddles and in moderate off-road water crossings. However, riding in heavy rain or full submersion in water is not recommended, as it may damage electrical components. Avoid using high-pressure washers, as they can force water into sensitive areas. If cleaning with a pressure washer, we strongly recommend removing the battery first to prevent potential damage.

Order cancellations are allowed only before the item is shipped OR if we are unable to fulfill your order. An item is considered shipped if there is a tracking number, even if the tracking number has not yet been updated by the carrier. If the shipment is refused upon delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
